Shipping Information

HandPicked Gifts offers multiple delivery options via UPS and USPS. Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight of your order and the destination, using rates provided by UPS and USPS.

Shipping Origin:

  • All HandPicked Gifts orders ship directly from North Carolina.
  • Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Exclusions:

  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Free Shipping Offer

FREE Standard Shipping (On Selected and Marked Gifts ONLY):

  • Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
  • Free shipping excludes shipments to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses.
  • Shipments are made to the continental United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Local Delivery

HandPicked Gifts offers free local delivery within Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina. In most cases, gifts will be delivered within 24-72 hours, unless the customer requests a special timeframe. If HandPicked Gifts is not able to deliver within 24-72 hours (not including weekends or holidays), we will contact the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Our processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
