At HandPicked Gifts, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, which often involve consumables or customized items, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

When We Accept Returns

Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept a return and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

To initiate a return for incorrect or defective items, please follow these steps:

Return Process

  • Original Receipt Required: Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
  • Refund Method: Returns with the original purchase receipt will be processed to the original form of payment.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and unless we made a mistake with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
